      • The Food Handling Permit on display was out of date at the time of Inspection.Ensure that a current valid Food Handling Permit is on display to the general public at all times in order to show that the Facility meets Alberta Health Services Guidelines.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The inside of the Microwave in the Kitchen was dirty at the time of Inspection.Ensure that the above noted area is being cleaned more regularly in order to prevent potential contamination of Food or attraction of Pests.This was Corrected during the Inspection.

      • There was no Sanitizer available for use on site at the time of Inspection.Ensure that Sanitizer is available for use on site at all times in order to facilitate proper cleaning/sanitizing of food contact surfaces.

      • There was no Thermometer available for use onsite at the time of Inspection.Ensure that a Thermometer is kept on site at all times in order to measure the internal temperature of cooked high risk foods.Temperatures of Coolers and Freezers were measured to be within required safe ranges at the time of Inspection.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The 3 Compartment Dishwashing Sink was not fully installed at the time of Inspection.Ensure that the 3 Compartment Sink is fully installed and functional before reusable dishes are used.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • There were no Sanitizer Test Strips on site at the time of Inspection.Ensure that Sanitizer Test Strips are kept on site at all times in order to monitor the concentration of Sanitizer being used.

      • The Hand Sink in the Bar was out of Soap at the time of Inspection.Ensure that Soap is being stocked at all Hand Sinks at all times in order to facilitate proper hand washing technique.

      • There were no Pest Control Records onsite at the time of Inspection.Ensure that Pest Control Records are being completed and kept on site in order to show that adequate Pest Control measures are in place.
