- Water sample collected on June 18, 2024 with Total coliform present. Absent for E. coli. Bacteriological testing unsatisfactory. AHS Cleaning and Disinfecting Tanks instruction emailed to operator along with this inspection report and a phone call message.Once resample comes back satisfactory without Total coliform present, this mobile unit can operate again.
