- Not all coolers and freezers have a thermometer inside. Ensure all coolers and freezers have a thermometer inside, close to the door, for monitoring temperatures.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Liquid hand soap in a dispenser is not available. Ensure there is proper supplies prior to any food handling.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Pest monitoring is not occuring. Even when pests are not evident a pest monitoring program is required. Place monitoring devices and record monitoring efforts monthly.

- The ventilation unit is overdue for service. Have the unit professionally serviced.
