      • Records were not being kept for coolers or hot food. Manager indicated she would start recording temperatures.

      • Chlorine test strips could not be located during the inspection.

      • Fire extinguisher last serviced in 2024. The extinguisher must be serviced annually.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The flooring in the store is in disrepair and can no longer be cleaned adequately. Replace the flooring so that it is smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable. The counter laminate is lifting near the sinks. This must be repaired by May 16, 2025.June 24, 2026 - Flooring has been ordered and scheduled to be installed in August 2026.

      • The renovations being planned also include some re-organization of the facility including the installation of a smoothy machine. A plan must be submitted and approved by the public health inspector prior to the start of the renovation.
