Adapt clean in place method.- Ensure the dough machine is thoroughly washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the end of each day.- Implement a Clean-In-Place (CIP) method to streamline and standardize the cleaning process.- Staff must be trained to follow the cleaning checklist and verify completion daily.Clean in place method:Initial Wash (near the sink)- Fill the appliance or wash the with warm, soapy water.- Use a clean brush to scrub all accessible surfaces, including the interior and exterior.- Discard the soapy water completely.2. Sanitize- Fill the appliance to the brim with clean water.- Add a sanitizing solution:- If using unscented household bleach, add ½ teaspoon of bleach per gallon of water.Spray the exterior of machine with sanitziing spray bottle - Let the solution sit for at least 2 minutes to allow proper sanitization.4.
