- A bucket of soap and water was being used for cleaning and rags, but no prepared sanitizer was available in the kitchen. If rags are to be reused, they must be stored in an approved sanitizer solution when not in use (i.e., 100 ppm chlorine). Rags cannot be left out on counters.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- There was no paper towel stocked on the paper towel dispenser. Operator must be able to remove a piece of paper towel without handling the entire roll.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The cabinet to the top left of the stove is broken and off the hinges. Please remove the cabinet door entirely or repair.
