WHEN THE WATER FOR THE EXPOSED HANDSINK IS RUN, THE FLOOR DRAIN STARTS TO BACK UP WITH WASTE WATER. THE BAKERY AREA HAS AN ADDITIONAL EXPOSED HANDSINK NEAR THE BAKERY OVENS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO USE THAT HANDSINK UNTIL THE FLOOR DRAINS ARE RODDED BY A LICENSED PLUMBER. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.
