- Observation: Droppings observed along the wall where dry storage shelves and sodas are stored. The most were seen in the corner immediately to the far right side when entering this part of the kitchen.
- Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings. Maintianing a high level of sanitation will help to monitor for rodent activity.

- Observation: Noted faucet at warewashing sink spraying sideways when tap turned on due to attachment which diverts some water for sanitizer dispenser. This attachment does not facilitate hand washing. Soap dispenser at the warewashing sink was also obstructed and did not have soap in it.
- Corrective Action(s): Hand wash station is required in the back warewashing/food preparation area. This issue was noted on the previous inspection report. Hand wash station at warewashing sink is not being maintained. Operator to look into installing a separate designated hand washing sink in this area. Floor plans to be submitted and plumbing permits to be obtained prior to making any structural changes.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted host attached to at two compartment sink. Staff member unsure how to take the hose off. The hose is permitted to be used for cleaning the sink area only otherwise, the sink should be set up for warewashing and hand washing purposes. Staff need to be able to wash hands between handling 'dirty' and 'clean' food equipment. Soap and paper towel available.
