      • 1)Light bulb flickering in the walk-in cooler.-Fix the light bulb to ensure adequate intensity.2) The grease trap records were showing Solid layer 20 % and FOG layer 10 % and the combined total was 30%.. -Ensure that the Grease trap combined total for FOG and solids layer should be 25%.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The ceiling tile above the pizza oven had stains and was dirty.-Clean the ceiling tile.
