- 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
- *Quat sanitizer bottle had different type of chemical in it. Please make sure chemicals are handled properly to prevent any incidents and contamination of the food contact surfaces.Operator stated that he did not use the this product on the food contact surfaces. He filled out this product cleaning the oven. Please make sure this sanitizer bottles which was filled some other chemicals are discarded and new Quat sanitizer bottles are available onsite and labelled properly. Sanitizer bucket with Quat sanitizer filled up were available onsite for cleaning cloths .

- Pizza Prep cooler was not operational during the inspection. Operator stated they called the technician. Work was in progress. Operator was using ice temporarily to keep the food cool in each compartment and replace them as often. Operator was not filling food compartment up to top. Temperatures were in required range.Please make sure repair is completed.
