- A food-safe surface sanitizer solution was not prepared or in use at the time of the inspection while staff were actively handling food.Please ensure that a food-safe surface sanitizer is always prepared and in use whenever food handling is occurring, as it is necessary to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces and reduce the risk of cross-contamination and foodborne illness.A 200ppm quats solution was prepared by staff at the time of the inspection.

Please ensure the north-side handwashing sink is repaired so it drains properly and can be returned to service.
