     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher chlorine residual at 0 ppm. Several checks earlier in day recorded at 50 ppm. Observed chlorine in line, but with many air breaks.
     • Corrective Action(s): Replaced chlorine drum and re-tested. OK. Investigate feed line from source to dispensing and correct issues as needed (blockage/kinks etc.)
