      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Whole bananas stored in cardboard boxes and bagged rice were stored directly on floor in the for sale area.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff had moved the boxes containing the bananas and bagged rice and moved them to shelves that were 15 cm (6 in) above the ground.

      • Corrective Action(s): All food items are to be sold as PREPACKAGED. There cannot be any post processing food handling due to inadequate number of handwash stations. Immediately discontinue the sell of the cheese product. Produce a supplier name to the health inspector. The approved food supplier must deliver the Feta cheese prepackaged in order to be sold at this store.
