      • While observing cleaning of unit EHO did observe the unit to be sprayed down with sanitizer. The unit has many small crevices which are not easily cleaned. Unit is not easily sanitized.
      • CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - EHO instructed staff to soak unit in 200ppm Chlorine (sanitizer solution) to ensure all crevices are sanitized.
