- Corrective Action(s): Ensure the affected areas are sanitized with bleach water (1 part bleach with 9 parts of water) and then wiped to remove the rodent droppings; Correct immediately for the cabinet. Clean and sanitize the other affected areas later today. Manager showed that he has sealed one hole at the facility near the seating area approximately 3 weeks ago. Manager informed he has been checking the mechanical traps himself and replacing the glue-boards. Dry goods were inside covered pest proof containers.
