      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed that the high temperature dishwasher was not working. When turned on the dishwasher could not dispense any water. Hot water is needed in order to ensure that the equipment and utensils are washed and sanitized properly.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator to use the 2-compartment sink to wash and sanitize utensils and equipment. Went over the 2-compartment washing and sanitizing procedures. Operator to switch to take out only services
