- A cat litter container filled with water was noted during inspection. Operator indicated that it was hot water that they were using to clean with. Though this was not being used as a food ingredient, it is improper to use a non-food container to store water within the facility. Discussed with operator on-site and the cat litter container was removed from the food truck at time of inspection.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- 1. Ventilation system was last serviced in March 2025 and was due for a service March 2026 according to the decal on the ventilation hood. Discussed with operator to have the ventilation system serviced by a professional. 2. The flooring is starting to have gapping between the panels, discussed with operator. Operator to monitor gaps in flooring and upgrade if condition worsens.
