INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN, SANITIZE, AND MAINTAIN AREAS FREE OF MOUSE AND RODENT DROPPINGS, AND RECOMMENDED PEST CONTROL SERVICE FACILITY PRIOR TO REINSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION, 7-38-020(a). CITATION ISSUED.

      • OBSERVED TWO (2) OF FOUR (4) HANDLES AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK TO BE MISSING/NOT ATTACHED AT TIME OF INSPECTION. EMPLOYEES STILL USING SINK WITH HAND TURNING THE SPINDLE, AND HOT AND COLD WATER IS STILL AVAILABLE. INSTRUCTED TO SERVICE 3 COPMARTMENT SINK HANDLES AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR.

INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND MAINTAIN AREA FREE OF UNNECCESARY EQUIPMENT TO FUNCTION OF FACILITY AND REDUCE AREAS FOR PEST HARBORAGE.

      • OBSERVED FLOOR BELOW AND BEHIND OVENS AND FRYER EQUIPMENT IN SOUTHWEST CORNER TO BE HEAVILY SOILED WITH GREASE AND FOOD DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AREAS FREE OF EXCESSIVE GREASE AND FOOD DEBRIS BUILD UP.
