      • Corrective Action(s): -Dishwasher has to reach 71C or above to properly sanitize dishes & wares. Service the dishwasher so that it reaches 71C.
      • Implement bleach solution as the last step of dishwashing.
      • All wares have to be immersed in 200 ppm bleach solution (1 Gal water & 1 Cap full bleach) after they go through the dishwasher .
