- A paper towel dispenser is not available for storing paper towel in a sanitary accessible manner. Provide a dispenser that can hold paper towel.

- An available accessible handwashing sink was not available for use at the time of inspection. All three compartment sinks were being used for dishwashing. One of the sinks was drained, cleaned, and made available for handwashing during inspection. One sink must be kept available for use in handwashing at all times. Modify dishwashing procedure to conduct washing and rinsing in the same compartment sink, with the remaining compartment used for a sanitizer basin.
