      • Outside the facility in the play area there are steps leading below grade or below ground level. I would suggest a gate or door to prevent children accidently falling down the stairs. Step from the parking area to the outdoor play area is slanted, uneven and appears to create a slip and/or trip hazard. Repairs required.
