     • At time of inspection coffee and slushy machine drinks were being sold to the public. Discussed with owner that any food preparation must stop since the well head does not meet the proper distancing from the septic tank (must be 10 meters and it was measured around 8.9 meters apart).

     • Septic holding tank and the water well are about 8.9 meters apart.From the Nuisance and Sanitation Regulation: A person shall not locate a water well that supplies water that is intended or used for human consumption within (a) 10 metres of any watertight septic tank, pump out tank or other watertight compartment of a sewage or waste water system
