      • All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE BOTTLE DROP CHUTE IN THE BAR IS DIRTY, CLEAN THE CHUTE OF DIRTY BUILDUP.

      • All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Soda gun holders, interior of bar sinks in rear, fan guards of W.I.C. in basement need to be free of gunk, debris or dust.
