- The scoops found in the bulk containers were improperly stored and had a build-up of food debris.The outside of the bulk containers had a build-up of food debris on them. Please ensure that the bulk ingredients containers and scoops are cleaned. Please ensure that scoops provided for bulk ingredients have a handle and are stored properly to mitigate cross-contamination from occurring.
