PLUMBER CORRECTED PROBLEM. AT 1230PM HOT WATER TEMP AT 3-COMP WAS 120F. ALSO NOTICED HOT WATER HEATER TANK HAS A 25 GALLON CAPACITY. RECOMMEND PREMISES OBTAINS A LARGER HOT WATER HEATER FOR BUSINESS OPERATION. HAS A CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED.
