      • Observed carboard material with grease on it on top of microwave at the time of inspection. Instructed operator to discard it and not using it as cardboard material is absorbent material and cannot be clean and sanitized properly.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • This is a repeated infraction. A copy of AHS Pest Control Checklists left for operator to use at the time of inspection. Previous Inspection Report dated: November 28, 2023:**No pest control monitoring system in place. A template will be provided with this inspection report.

Remove any equipment that does not work. Discard or remove any items that are not being used for the kitchen.
