      • Observation: Raw salmon and chicken in cooler unit at temperatures greater than 4 degrees Celsius. Internal temperatures of 11-12 degrees Celsius observed. Cooler appears to be functioning as external temperature gauge measuring at 3 degrees Celsius.
      • Scooper handle blocking drawer door in the open position thereby allowing warm air to flow into unit warming food.
