- Corrective Action(s): 1. Instructed staff to switch to a full bottle of stock chlorine sanitizer and primed the line. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was measured from 2 runs after priming. Clean and sanitize all dishes and utensils on site.
- 2. Staff stated the bottle was changed this morning and the chemical line was not primed. Staff primed the line and 12.5 ppm iodine was measured at plate level. Clean and sanitize all glasses from this morning. Ensure lines are primed after switching out the chemical.

Verify with proper test strips that are within expiry, and change sanitizing solution as often as necessary in order to maintain effective concentrations.
