- Corrective Action(s): Monitor the temperature of foods in prep cooler for half an hour. If the ambient temperature are above 4C, service the cooler by April 21, 2026. The temperature above 4C can lead to growth and survival of pathogens which can cause foodborne illness.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator had repairman in to look at prep cooler. Items had been moved away from fan but foods farthest from the fan are still not being maintained at 4 degrees C or colder. Foods such as alfredo were 8-9 degrees C.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure foods are maintained at 4 degrees or colder at all times. Only place small amounts in line cooler. Use ice and ice baths to assist until it can be repaired. Correct immediately.
