- Observation: Jars of Awaze from Harambe Restaurant containing Ethiopian paprika, water, ginger, garlic and oil noted in facility. 12 jars were kept at room temprature, and seals were popped. The other 14 jars were stored in the fridge, and 2 seals appear to be popped.
- These items will be verified with Harambe Restaurant and Vancouver Coastal Health due to the nature of the ingredients and the popped seals (potential for botulism).

- These items are now on HOLD.
