      • Observation: A total of six dead mice were observed in three mice control boxes and one mice sticky pad at the time of inspection in the kitchen area. The premise has a pest control company, Advance Pest Control, to provide serviceing once every two moths. The latest pest control report was dated May 20, 2018. More than two months time has been elapsed since the last pest control service.
      • Corrective action: Contact the pest control company immediately to perform servicing to the facility. Ensure dead mouse on the sticky pad is discarded by the pest control company. All mice trap boxes must be serviced. It is important to ensure the premise is free of pest so that no food can be contaminated by pest such as mice.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice stored at room temperature. The cooked rice was measured at internal temp 30C. The staff stated that it was being cooled for < 2hrs and will be stored in the cooler at < or = 4C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Store the cooked rice in the cooler. All cold or hot food items must be stored at <= 4C or => 60C respectively.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food stored in prep cooler were probed to be between 12C - 16C.
      • Corrective Action(s): All meat, egg, and dairy products stored in the prep cooler were discarded at time of inspection. Items discarded included: yogurt, milk, eggs, chicken, different types of meat curries, sauces. A few vegetable items (whole onions, ginger paste, dough and batter to be deep fried) were moved to a working cooler at time of inspection.

      • Ensure to thaw foods under cold running water or in a cooler over night. Do not thaw frozen foods on the counter at room temperature.
