- Bleach was prepared in spray bottles at greater than 800 ppm. Both bottles were diluted and retested. Too strong of a solution can leave a residue that can be harmful. Please ensure bleach is mixed at 1/2 tsp for every 1 litre of water and tested on a test strip to be 100 ppm.

- It was indicated that vinegar is being used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Bleach is present and it was discussed with operators that an approved sanitizer must be used on food contact surfaces and must be tested to verify that it is at the proper concentration (bleach solution should be mixed 1/2 tsp bleach to 1 litre water, making a 100 ppm solution).
