- 1. Observed that the kindergarten kitchen hand sink (single sink) was not supplied with hand soap and paper towels. - Was advised the sink was being used to wash dishes and that hand washing was performed in the kindergarten sinks in the classrooms. - Please ensure the hand sink is supplied with hand soap and paper towels and the hand sink is dedicated for handwashing only. - Please ensure that dishes are washed in the main kitchen 3-compartment sink and/or in the mechanical dishwasher. 2. Noted that the hand soap in the main kitchen was not stored in a proper dispenser. - Please store the hand soap in a proper dispenser that is convenient to use.

- Noted that a food storage chest freezer placed in close proximity to the laundry machine in the furnace room. Discussed with operator that the freezer would be placed separately from the laundry machine (washer and dryer) to protect foods stored in the freezer from contamination.Oct 31: Noted the freezer put a bit away from the launder machines and a small barrier was placed in one side. However, it was not still satisfactory - incompatible activity occurring. Please ensure foods are stored away from activities that could lead to contamination.
