      • Ceiling tiles were removed in one room following a recent leak that occurred after heavy rainfall, exposing building infrastructure above. Please repair the source of the leak, as needed, and replace damaged or missing ceiling tiles

      • 1. Ceiling tiles were removed in one room following a recent leak that occurred after heavy rainfall, exposing building infrastructure above. Please repair the source of the leak, as needed, and replace damaged or missing ceiling tiles.2. Two toilet tank lids were observed to be cracked/damaged. Please repair or replace both damaged toilet tank lids to eliminate potential injury hazards and ensure fixtures are maintained in good repair.3. A toilet seat was observed to be worn and deteriorating. Please maintain fixtures and equipment in good repair and replace deteriorated toilet seat with smooth, readily cleanable surfaces.
