- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted the following equipment did not get sanitized properly every 4 hours:
- 1) Meat slicer
- 2) Bend saw device
- 3) Small meat slicer
- 4) Meat grinder
- Corrective Action(s): Take all removable parts off the devices and sanitize in the 2 compartment sink using 100 ppm Cl bleach.
- This must be done at least every 4 hours.
- The main devices to be sanitize using wiping cloth with bleach.
