    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Younger Toddler room diaper stand had a belted diaper pad but was not affixed to the surface. ** attach a belt to the surface that comes up and over the child to secure into place or loop a belt through openings on each end of the table to serve the purpose of securing the child. Older toddler room didn't have a diaper change area within the room but use the diaper stand within the shared washroom. The Stand is behind the door and had no means of securing the child to the surface. Same correction applies as noted in the ** description above (owner indicated possibly removing the stand from the washroom and diapering on the floor, the concern is doing this on the floor behind the door.

      • Sleep cots throughout the facility were not labelled and had linens stored between If cots are stacked in this manner than they must be labelled.Please report back with plans and corrections

      • Dishes noted stacked on a shelf with craft etc items in cupboards above sink in all rooms. The dishes on shelf in cupboard in pre-k room were dirty(cup and bowls with milk) If dishes are kept in the room, then they need their own dedicated bin and space Please report back with correction and storage plans

      • Pre- k room had kids personal lunch bags piled on a tableSeparation of items is required If a table is preferred, then more table space is needed to separate items
