     • There was sufficient storage available for children's toys and supplies. Personal items were properly labeled; however, some items were stored in contact with one another. As discussed, please ensure that children's clothing and personal belongings are stored separately and adequately spaced to prevent cross-contact.

     • Chlorine-based sanitizer was tested at 50 ppm. The operator prepared a new solution which was tested at 100 ppm.
