      • Observation: Rodent droppings found around the perimeter of the facility particularly by the back door.
      • Back door has wood around the bottom that as been chewed and is likely allowing rodents to enter
      • Spray foam has been used to prevent entrance of mice however they have been chewing through it
      • Corrective Action(s): Pest proof the backdoor using metal and not wood or spray foam to prevent rodents from chewing their way in.
      • Cover spray foam with metal to prevent rodents from chewing through it
      • Use steel wool or metal mesh with small holes around the 3 large pipes in the back wall to prevent entrance
