- Observation: Rodent droppings found around the perimeter of the facility particularly by the back door.
- Back door has wood around the bottom that as been chewed and is likely allowing rodents to enter
- Spray foam has been used to prevent entrance of mice however they have been chewing through it
- Corrective Action(s): Pest proof the backdoor using metal and not wood or spray foam to prevent rodents from chewing their way in.
- Cover spray foam with metal to prevent rodents from chewing through it
- Use steel wool or metal mesh with small holes around the 3 large pipes in the back wall to prevent entrance
