- There is no thermometer in the chest freezer. Please ensure that all cooling units are equipped with a thermometer.
- 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
- Bottled potable water is currently being used for cooking, and a cistern is also in use onsite. Municipal water is hauled into the cistern 3–4 times per season by a professional, approved water-hauling company. This water is used for general cleaning and dishwashing.However, it was observed that water samples are not being submitted on a quarterly basis as required. The last recorded sample submission was in Sept 2023, which does not meet the mandated sampling frequency.Please ensure that water samples are submitted as per the assigned quarterly schedule moving forward.
