- Cutting board attached to a prep cooler in a small room was not clean - cleaned and sanitized immediately.QUAT sanitizer used - > 400 ppm detected on test strips. Please have the chemical diluted to concentration of 200-400ppm as discussed during the inspection. This can be done manually until provider company arrives and adjusts automatic dispenser.

Submission time is Monday to Wednesday 8am-noon in our Spruce Grove Office.Sample must be taken the same morning after 8 am. Water sampling bottle can be picked up from our office Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.
