      • High temperature dishwasher - maximum temperature recorded at the dish level was at 65C. Must be minimum 71C. Alternative manual dishwashing discussed and must be implemented until the dishwasher is serviced and in good working condition.

      • Cutting board attached to a prep cooler in a small room was not clean - cleaned and sanitized immediately.QUAT sanitizer used - > 400 ppm detected on test strips. Please have the chemical diluted to concentration of 200-400ppm as discussed during the inspection. This can be done manually until provider company arrives and adjusts automatic dispenser.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Range hood canopy was greasy.No record to confirm range hood was professionally cleaned this year.Top of dishwasher was not clean.Please ensure required cleaning is completed.

      • Glasswasher -iodine jag was empty - corrected immediately.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • Water sample was not submitted for microbiological testing for the 2024 season, Please have the sample submitted next week. Submission time is Monday to Wednesday 8am-noon in our Spruce Grove Office.Sample must be taken the same morning after 8 am. Water sampling bottle can be picked up from our office Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.
