The pop fridge is noted at 9.2 degrees Celsius. 2. Repair or turn down the fridge temperature and ensure the fridge is at 4 degrees Celsius or below. Alternatively, use the fridge for low-risk beverages only. The Manager indicated the fridge is scheduled to be replaced.

      • Small soy sauce containers are stored in a pop fridge that is noted around 9.2 degrees Celsius.Ensure that all fridges with high-risk food products are at 4 degrees Celsius and below. The manager moved the soy sauce containers to a working fridge at the time of the inspection.
