- Dishwasher was in disrepair. Lower spray arm comes off during the cycle. Temperature was tested at 71.6 degrees Celsius.- Appropriate use of manual dishwashing was observed to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes in the 2-comp sink.- Please ensure to get the necessary dishwasher repairs done.
