      • An item that was labeled refrigerate after opening was being stored at room temperature. Inspector requested that the item be moved to the refrigerator and that staff ensure they are following manufacturer's instructions for all products.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 1. The front hand sink hot water tap is not operational. Ensure all hand sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water. 2. A staff member as observed washing their hands at a sink that was not supplied with soap. The inspector requested that the employee wash their hands at a sink with soap. Either supply the sink with soap, or ensure that it is note used for handwashing purposes.
