- Quat sanitizer solutions measured an the wiping cloth storage buckets measured at 50 ppm, needs to be at minimum 200 ppm.- Staff prepared a new solution which measured at > 200 ppm.

- Ladle found stored in a container of water in between uses.- Ensure that proper ice-water baths are being maintained.

- A used pair of disposable gloves were left on top of the prep cooler for re-use.- Disposable gloves are single use only and must be immediately discarded upon removal from the hands.

- A container each of cooked beef and chicken were stored at the back of the grill with no temperature control. The foods were measured at 2C.- High risk foods are to be stored at <4C or >0C. The meats were reheated on the grill and then properly stored under temperature control.
