- Chlorine sanitizer concentration was too strong and bleached the test strip paper. PHI prepared a new batch of chlorine sanitizer that was measured at 100 PPM. Ensure to use unscented bleach for use as a sanitizer.

All sanitizers used should be appropriate for food contact surfaces and capable of being tested to verify concentration.
