      • The eggs were observed stored on an upper shelf directly above ready-to-eat fruits. Staff moved the egg to lower shelve.This creates a risk of cross-contamination, as raw eggs may leak or drip onto foods that require no further cooking. Ensure ready-to-eat items must always be protected from potential contamination from raw animal products. Ensure that eggs and all other raw foods are stored on lower shelves, with ready-to-eat foods placed on higher shelves, to maintain proper food safety and prevent any potential contamination.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • At the time of inspection, no sanitizing solution was found onsite, and no sanitizing test strips were available. Ensure that an approved sanitizing solution and corresponding test papers are obtained to verify sanitizer concentration.This violation is an outstanding item carried forward from the 2024 inspection."The food handler does not use bleach due to allergies; however, a Quat-based sanitizer is used. Quat sanitizer test papers were not available onsite. Obtain Quat sanitizer test papers to verify the sanitizer concentration".
