- A black, non-food-grade hose was used to fill the fresh water holding tank from the garage faucet.- Use food-grade potable water hose. Operator suggested the use of an indoor faucet next time to lower the risk of contamination.

- No surface sanitizer was initially prepared. Operator prepared chlorine (bleach) sanitizer during inspection and concentration was tested at 100 ppm.- As discussed, ensure that sanitizer solution is prepared (1/2 tsp per litre) for use at all times.
