Mayo insert probed at 12.9C Sliced onions insert probed at 12.9C. Sliced tomatoes probed at 12.5C. Sliced cucumbers probed at 14.2C. Per staff, items were prepped and stored in unit this morning at around 5:30AM. Staff did not have temperature logs for unit.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard foods in prep cooler unit that have been in the Danger Zone (4C-60C) for more than 2 hours. Staff discarded food items at time of inspection.
