- 0 ppm chlorine was detected in the sanitizer spray bottle. Ensure chlorine is maintained at 100 ppm at all times. Corrected onsite. The operator added bleach to the solution. Chlorine was then measured at 100 ppm.

- The facility was in good condition and well-maintained. However, a minor gap was noted at the bottom of the back door. Please adjust or repair the weatherstripping.
