    • The perishable product sold hot or served hot to the consumer must be kept at an internal temperature of at least 60C until delivered.
    • The place or vehicle shall be free of contaminants, pollutants, any species of animals including insects and rodents or their excreta. Despite the first subparagraph, any person who enters the public service area may be accompanied by a dog enabling him to overcome a disability. In addition, a person who is afraid, with the authorisation of the operator, to be accompanied by a dog in an outside area of service to the public.
